FIVE YEAR WARRANTY
All Sunnex
Lo-LIGHT therapy lamps are
closely inspected and fully tested before packaging and shipping. All units are
fully warranted against defects in material and labor for a period of five years
from the date of purchase. Bulbs in Sunnex Lo-LIGHT therapy lamps carry a
two year warranty.
All service to this unit must be handled directly by Sunnex
Biotechnologies. Any
unauthorized service
will automatically void the warranty.
Should the unit need service please contact Sunnex Biotechnologies to obtain a a service
return authorization number and instructions. After the return authorization number and
instructions are received the unit will be returned to Sunnex
Biotechnologies prepaid.
Units returned without a return
authorization number will not be accepted.
Where the service work is covered by warranty the unit will be returned to the customer
prepaid. If the service occurred outside of the period covered by warranty, the customer
will pay the return transportation costs.
Replacement bulbs must be obtained from Sunnex Biotechnologies. The bulbs are rated for several thousands of hours of use and should last many years if the unit is used properly. Replacement bulbs will cost $40.00 U.S. or less.
